Indonesians - The Trouble Makers!!!

First before I start babbling, I'm talking about a minority of these Indonesians, not ALL Indonesians (for me personally have a huge number of good Indonesian friends). This is in regards of the recent news that says that there's a group of Indons who intend to invade M'sia because they want to show their unhappiness over the emerging news of Indons maids being mis-treat and paid little pay, and etc. This make me furious!! If they want to do things this way, let me write things MY way then!

All the talks about Indons being abused and being treated badly in M'sia is true, and yet, there are huge number of Indons creating havocs and crimes in our country, and yet we have yet to actually say and do anything, what give them the right to plan to do what they want??

Some of the cases of things they do here:

1) Once, some of them set up some stalls illegally on the roadside. Business doing well, obviously, others follow along (i.e. Malays, Indians, Chinese) so it became a mini pasar malam. Next, they set fire on these stalls, saying "You stole our business!!" Excuse me but, aren't you guys illegal in the country?

2) Robbing, snatch thieves, stealing is just a few of the crimes they do in M'sia. How bout raping cases as well? So who doing whose injustice now?

3) It's no surprise to M'sians when we hear horror stories of Indon maids abusing children (remember the CCTV videos where a maid kicked a kid like a football and throw the baby around?) and many more. My family personally encounter a maid who robbed my aunt house (everything of valuable were taken away!) and even a case of this maid holding a knife and swinging it madly to a family friend when she told her that she's not allowed to talk that long on the phone (she on the phone DAILY for ONE HOUR calling her boyfriend in Msia), and later then the police arrested her, she claimed that she was abused! Mind you, this boss of hers buys her MALAY food from the restaurant DAILY, and even brought her food and drinks and clothes to the police station (even after what she has done!). So? Conclusion people?

4) Another thing is that they wanted to increase the payment of the maids to RM 600 and above. WTF? We, M'sians, are merely earning RM1800 and above, and these assholes ask for so much more for maids that could barely speak our languages (BM, English, Chinese) and are stupid beyond help with an evil heart. Why am I being so cruel? Well, most of em have no idea how to work things out, and seriously in need of monitoring all the time. They have an evil heart, for many reasons. Stories like maids who dried their shits (yes, poops!) under the soon to make it into powdery form to make it into coffee drinks to the employers; one used the employer's toothbrush to brush the loo and when asked, she say she will never use her own toothbrush and so forth! Me being cruel? Blame it on all these nonsense that my family have went thru with the maids. Btw, a number of these maids that sent to M'sia have cases of mental health issues. You wouldn't see any of this happening in other countries like Hong Kong and such.

I blame our government for all these things that happened. They have been bringing in Indonesians into Malaysia illegally over the years to increase the Malays populations and this then directly causes more problems for us! Nor even when they knew these people who have been illegally entering the country (right under their noses), nothing was ever done. Except for a few occasions where the story that these people are sent back are published (perhaps deliberately) to show the public, are merely, stories to me.

Its unfortunate that even after all these problems we have with Indons, our government is not capable of stopping this assholes from invading our country, nor even able to do a shit about all the problems they caused us. Still being supportive? I will be interested to know, should Malay Malaysians are killed in the process, will they still continue to be so lack in whatever they are doing? Me, racist? Well, I was moulded into one!

Drivers on the Road

Okay, we always hear things about, “woman drivers this” “woman drivers that”, as if the females are the worst drivers on this land called Earth. I do not deny that MAJORITY of the women really sucks; seriously… even the videos compiled were so embarrassing (even for me)!!

But then again, DO YOU SERIOUSLY BELIEVE MEN ARE BETTER DRIVERS? Don’t kid yourself MEN, you seriously are not any better. Just that the jokes about women being a worst driving been going on for such a long time that it leads you to believe that you are better driver… so don’t!

As often as I met with hopeless women drivers on the road (me, occasionally being one of them on purpose : i.e. to get my WAY on the road), the numbers of beyond help male drivers on the road have increased drastically over the years too!!

You need some examples, here goes:

- Cutting lanes without signals // why would they build the signals in your car if you don’t use them? And there you assholes blaming us women for causing accidents!

- Occasionally MALES are the road bullies // bullying women because you have no balls. Seeing women drivers, you thought you could squeeze her out of the road to let you in? Too bad for you if you meet me!

- Scolding others when YOU made the mistakes… // Dudes, just because we are women doesn’t mean that we are not capable of foul languages, ok?

- Switching lane without looking! // Man, this happened for a few times. Here I was cruising on my lane when suddenly the car next to me just turned and almost bangs me. Often, they have this confused look on their face. Damn you lah!

I even remembered that time when this asshole honked me like mad on my lane, because I’m going around 50/60 km/h, heading towards the traffic light. And that asshole later changed lane to turn to another route. I showed him my middle finger. Hah!

Men in generally now, when I recalling all this, are damn… annoying and useless bastards… Grrr…

Real Life Real Story

While I'm at it, I was thinking to myself, why not I share some jokes with you fellas that I've gotten over the mails and sort :)

Enjoy yourself!

Women Bosses... ARGH!!

Yes, I'm having a HUGE problem with WOMEN bosses. I kinda had it. If I ever had to have a women boss ever, I rather not work at all. It's annoying how they hound you on petty little things just because they could. It's funny really, because these are the same women who choose to be as difficult as they are as they felt that's the only way to be recognized in their work. But making or creating more issues for their staffs along the way? Too much! Just look at my department, it says it all! All the women managers in my dept are more competitive, and quite an actress in their own right because, you can't exactly loose your temper as it shows how professional they are at their work. Sheesh... complicated women bosses...

Anyway, these can be pretty much summarized in the article I found about women bosses. More precisely, female working UNDER women bosses. Maybe it just natural instinct to be more competitive among women... which is why we always hear things about sibling wars and such!

Why women find it harder working for a Queen Bee than a male boss

What with the glass ceiling, the wages and the child care difficulties it's not as if the problems women face in the workplace haven't been well-documented.

Now there's a major, and somewhat unexpected, addition to the list - the female boss.

University researchers say women who have to answer to a female supervisor feel more stressed than if their superior is male.

Enlarge Devil Wears Prada

The devil really does wear Prada: Fashion magazine editor and Queen Bee Miranda Priestly (Meryl Streep) was an insufferable boss to assistant Andy Sachs (Anne Hathaway) in the film The Devil Wears Prada

They suffer from far more depression, insomnia, headaches and heartburn than if their boss is a man.

But for male workers, the sex of their manager makes no difference.

The Canadian team, which studied 1,800 U.S. workers, reckoned the explanation could lie in Queen Bee syndrome, in which successful women do not like to be surrounded by competitors of the same sex.

The University of Toronto scientists also suggested that many females do not like to be led by women because they see leadership as a traditionally male role.

This could be the reason why U.S. Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton failed to get her party's nomination - or why Segolene Royal lost
last year's French presidential election.

For the research, stress levels and the physical health of workers were compared in three situations: working for one male boss, for one female boss, and those working for one of each.

The study found that women who have a lone female supervisor suffer far more than those who have a male boss.

They reported more psychological distress (such as trouble sleeping, difficulty focusing on work, depression and anxiety) and physical symptoms (like headaches, stomach pain or heartburn, neck and back pain, and tiredness).

But women who worked for a lone male supervisor had far fewer symptoms.

And those who worked for one of each were somewhere in the middle.

For the male workers, however, there was no difference in level of distress, no matter whether his boss was male or female.

Karen Smyth

Karen Smyth was driven out of her job by a 'jealous' woman boss. A study says women feel more stressed if their superior is female

However, men who worked for a mixed-gender pair had fewer mental and physical problems than those who worked for a man and woman alone.

Scott Schieman, author of the study, said the differences may be because of stereotypes that it is more 'normal' for men to be leaders and display typical leadership characteristics.

So while a woman might expect a male boss to be aggressive and demanding, they may not expect this behaviour from a female supervisor.

They might expect more emotional support from a female boss - and be unhappy when they do not get it, but instead find some women 'manage more like men, which can be more conflictive or combative'.

Another possibility is that women tend to work in different jobs, skewing the results.

'It may be that something about the nature of the work itself is influencing these health differences,' Dr Schieman told the Journal of Health and Social Behaviour.

'For example, women working with a woman supervisor might tend to be found mostly in the caring sector or in jobs that tend to be under-resourced, under-funded and under-valued, such as social work or education, creating stress both for the workers themselves and stress for the boss that might trickle down to her subordinates.

'These are speculative points that need to be investigated further.'

Other research has blamed Queen Bee syndrome for conflict-between women at work.

A recent German study found that women in power tended to regard female subordinates as less dedicated than men - because they want to protect their own interests.

CASE STUDY

Financial adviser Karen Smyth, pictured above, was hounded out by a 'jealous' woman boss.

Miss Smyth, 32, had been one of the Halifax's most talented high-fliers, earning £95,000 a year, plus bonuses.

But the economics graduate's career took a nosedive when a woman ten years her senior was appointed her manager.

The new boss criticised Miss Smyth's approach with customers, gathered complaints on their behalf and went to senior management, the tribunal heard.

Miss Smyth, from Sheffield, suffered stress and later resigned. She won a case of unfair dismissal against the Halifax and was awarded £59,030 after the bank admitted liability.

Afterwards she claimed: 'I'm young, well-educated and a high earner. She was just jealous.'

Miss Smyth, who started work with the Halifax at 21, said: 'I worked with eight previous Halifax managers before her with no trouble at all. That says it all.'

Office Toi Toi

Weird title? Not exactly. Just came back from the loo. And again, I found the toilet seats to be covered with urine. If I'm out in certain areas where the males share the same toilet, I might say that they aim pretty badly. But then, this is a female toilet for god-sake!! How could she have missed? And what's worse, if she can't sit and do her business, she can always go to the next loo to squat and get it done. So what went wrong? I'm not sure exactly, but this is getting my brain all wired up to do certain hypothesis here...

But before I go to the theory, I gonna divert abit :P Take a look at the toilet picture on the right. Isn't it interesting? There's another version where the back face each other or something like that, but I'm too lazy to go through my email. Anyway, the thing I'm trying to say is, this is amusing how people get their idea on toilets, to be a shared experience. I mean, to smell the poops from one another??? Crazy! No matter how in love you guys are, who in the right mind will share such "arousing" aroma and environment? Not you I hope @_@"

Anyway, back to my theory. Theory one says, well, maybe she's stupid / slow (I can't use the word retarded without offending someone / anyone). Ok, I just found an interesting cartoon on the net (it's not that hard since so many sexist cartoon against male and female out there!) to explain how I felt. Toilet with seat are meant to be sat on, except if its super duper dirty public toilet, I don't care exactly how creative you are in getting your business done. But it's a freaking office toilet! Cleaner who came in every few hours to clean it! And people in office are supposely better educated!! So unless one or a few particular women lied about their education, in short, they are actually brainless I'm not sure how this happened. Because there were worse issues before which I heard from the cleaner, once someone brought in their child and let them SHIT in the basin and these cleaners have to clean it up. That's is so disgusting! And I doubt they actually do something of that sort in the comfort of their own home. These people are actually in need of proper education. Maybe that's why the idea of having a camera / CCTV in the toilet doesn't seem to be so stupid with only a minor or these people around!

Secondly, the women are actually MEN!!! I mean, this idea is quite feasible, no? How else could it explain their inability to sit, instead they choose to aim at these toilets instead? And perhaps, it also helps to explain my sexist brain that choose to say men are jerks and an asshole, with no particularly usable brain cells in their brains. Woohoo! Wouldn't that just solve all the questions? Like, dirty related to MEN, no ability to aim related to MEN, no ability to THINK related to MEN. But before I go on, I should stress it as MAJORITY of MEN before each and everyone of them come thrashing me out for being so sarcastic towards their gender!! Okay, continuing from where I left off, reason for me to say that they were stupid because, if they were really men who were WOMEN in my company, can't they use the squating toilet to aim????

And to both theory above, in conclusion, they are brainless and one hell of an unhygienic humans ever around for they are indirectly forcing people to clean up the toilet after them!! Bitch! Bastard! Whichever you may be, I hope you don't get infected with bladder sickness or STD... Ohm!

Working life is...

Well, is trouble, for that's all it is in this world. Unless of course you found a career of your dreams, instead of a job to pay for all that's needed.

For me, initially I thought I found my career, but as the months go by, I decided that it is just a job. How can a work be a career if one basically drag their feet to work on more than occasionally basis? I'm not sure, but it's definitely very disheartening.

Yesterday, my immediate manager and the head manager pulled me aside for a chat. Supposely to find out what I felt about the job, the things that I do, and whether there's any problem I'm facing that's bothering me. I can't say much of what being said, as it is still very much work-related and confidential, but my response has been just smile and a few simple descriptions with a yes no head-nodding situation. I mean, if you are unhappy due to certain people at work, you can't exactly spewed it right out at that moment, right?

Anyway, the longer the conversation went, the more rebellious I became due to certain comments or noted given by ONE of them. I can't name him / her, but I bet you guys will be able to guess. All in all, from a so-called wanting to know how I fared it is actually a more precise way to shoot me down for not giving in my daily reports... I'm tempted to say, as necessary as it is, is it that important to have it written on a daily basis? Yeah, diary... hell, I don't even write my diary on a weekly basis, don't say daily for god-sake!

Whatever it is, it just kinda further confirmed what I had in mind, that it is time for me to explore other things. It's tiring to constantly defend myself and get pushed beyond my limits at times (which is not happening now because I wouldn't allow myself to be so stressed out). I believe, when one lose their interest and zest in life because of what they face in the working environment, it is time to switch. And for me, the time is soon. Why not now? Simple, I'm waiting for bonus :P And yes, it's about time for me to see things back in colour instead of the black & white situation I'm in :)
